Officers responded to reports of a stabbing on Westbourne Road, Islington, around 1pm on December 9.
Despite the medical team’s efforts, the teenager succumbed to his injuries in the hospital, as indicated by the Metropolitan Police.
According to the police, Tsidi Winion, 20, residing on Handyside Street in Camden, was charged with murder and possession of an offensive weapon on Monday.

The police are now requesting public assistance in locating Abdel Derdour, who fled towards Caledonian Road following the stabbing.
Derdour is described as being approximately 5ft 8ins tall, of mixed heritage, with a slim physique. He was last seen sporting a moustache and facial hair.
Community Urged to Assist in Investigation
Chief Superintendent Jason Stewart, who oversees policing in Islington, commented: „Adam’s family has endured an unimaginable loss, and we believe someone out there has information that could aid us in ensuring those responsible are brought to justice.
„If you have observed this individual in the days following Adam’s murder, please come forward. Even the most minor detail could provide the crucial lead our detectives urgently require.
„Our intelligence indicates he often visits Holborn and its nearby areas.“
Family’s Heartfelt Tribute
In a prior statement, Adam’s family described him as a „loving son, brother, nephew, grandson, friend“ and expressed that they will „never recover from the loss and not having him in our lives.“
„He had a multitude of interests and was always seen with a smile and a cheeky sense of humor,“ they remarked. „He was good-natured and loyal.“
