Gordon Ramsay is set to unveil his 100th restaurant in one of London’s most prominent skyscrapers. The new venue, Bread Street Kitchen & Bar, will be located at 22 Bishopsgate and is scheduled to open its doors to diners in May.
This latest addition to Ramsay’s culinary empire will feature a diverse menu with 35 dishes, including a unique five-course tasting menu. The restaurant aims to provide an all-day dining experience, starting from 6:30 AM on weekdays.

Who hasn’t heard of Gordon Ramsay? The renowned British chef has transitioned from popular television shows such as Hell’s Kitchen and Kitchen Nightmares to becoming a cultural icon, known for memorable phrases like ‘idiot sandwich’ and ‘where’s the lamb sauce?!’ His extensive culinary empire has garnered significant acclaim, including 17 Michelin stars over the years, with eight currently held.
Ramsay Restaurants, established in 1997, has expanded globally, with locations in cities like London, Singapore, South Korea, France, and the United States. Recently, the 12-seat Gordon Ramsay High received its first Michelin star, further solidifying Ramsay’s reputation in the culinary world.
Details on the New Venue
The Bread Street Kitchen & Bar at 22 Bishopsgate will occupy the 59th floor of the building, making it one of the highest dining establishments in London, second only to the Shard. This new restaurant will join other Ramsay establishments within the same tower, including the Asian-inspired Lucky Cat and the aforementioned Gordon Ramsay High, as well as the Gordon Ramsay Academy, which is recognized as Europe’s highest cookery school.
This opening coincides with the 15th anniversary of the Bread Street Kitchen & Bar brand. The menu will feature a variety of dishes, such as lobster benedict, Galician T-bone steak, and Meyer lemon cheesecake, all curated under the guidance of former Claridge’s chef Kamarl John, who has collaborated with Ramsay for many years.
Dining Experience and Late Night Offerings
For those who enjoy early mornings, the all-day dining menu will be available starting at 6:30 AM on weekdays. Additionally, the venue will offer afternoon tea every day of the week.
The late-night scene at Bread Street Kitchen & Bar promises to be vibrant, with DJ sets scheduled for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights, keeping the venue open until 3 AM. This late-night offering is expected to enhance the nightlife in the City of London. Furthermore, the restaurant will feature a sports bar with a 24-hour license, ideal for catching World Cup matches during the summer.
