Detectives are actively pursuing an investigation into the murder of a 22-year-old individual in Wembley, resulting in two arrests.
At approximately 12:55 hours on Monday, December 1, officers responded to reports of a stabbing on High Road, Wembley.
A 22-year-old male received treatment at the scene but subsequently succumbed to his injuries at the hospital. His next of kin have been notified and are currently receiving support from specialized officers.
Details on Arrests
Earlier today, on Tuesday, December 2, a 22-year-old male was apprehended on suspicion of murder at a location in Harrow, NW9. A 21-year-old woman was also taken into custody at the same address on suspicion of aiding an offender. Both suspects remain in police custody.

Detective Chief Inspector Paul Waller of the Metropolitan Police’s Homicide Command remarked, “We are thankful for the assistance we have received from the local community. While we do not seek any additional suspects in relation to this incident, I urge anyone who has not yet contacted the police to come forward promptly.”
Detective Chief Superintendent Luke Williams, who oversees policing in the area, stated, “We recognize that this murder has created shock and concern among residents. Our officers are present to support those who live and work in the vicinity, and there will be an increased police presence at various locations. Please approach these officers if you have any concerns.”
