The acclaimed West End revival of Cabaret is set to introduce two prominent performers to its cast at the Kit Kat Club starting next month.

Beginning on May 25, Olivier nominee Jamie Muscato, known for his roles in The Great Gatsby, Les Misérables, and One Day: The Musical, will take on the iconic role of the Emcee. Joining him will be Tony and Grammy nominee Joy Woods, recognized for her performances in The Notebook, Gypsy, and Little Shop of Horrors, who will portray Sally Bowles. They will replace Katie Hall and Matt Willis, who are scheduled to perform their final shows on May 23.

Upcoming Performances and Cast Details

Muscato and Woods will join a talented ensemble that features Baker Mukasa as Clifford Bradshaw, Ruthie Henshall as Fraulein Schneider, Robert Hands as Herr Schultz, and Lucas Koch as Ernst Ludwig, among others. The complete cast also includes Jessica Kirton as Fraulein Kost/Fritzie, Joe Atkinson, Xavion Campbell-Brown, Olivia-Rose Deer, Anya Ferdinand, Danny Fogarty, Adrian Grove, Ela Lisondra, Hícaro Nicolai, Andy Rees, Alexandra Regan, Manu Sarswat, Tom Scanlon, Eva-Rose Tanaka, Marina Tavolieri, and Lucy Young.

Woods is expected to conclude her run on September 5, while Muscato’s final performance is scheduled for September 19. During the period from September 7 to September 19, Marina Tavolieri will temporarily assume the role of Sally Bowles.

Prologue Company and Performance Adjustments

The Prologue Company will include Isobel Bates, Rachel Benson, Ami Benton, Jonathan Charles, Shanelle Clemenson, Andrew Linnie, Zara Liu, Dak Mashava, Brian James O’Sullivan, Jack William Parry, and Shiho Yokoyama. Due to planned absences, Joe Atkinson will occasionally perform as the Emcee, while Tavolieri will take on the role of Sally during specific performances.

On July 7, 2025, this successful production celebrated its 1,500th performance with a special gala event.
