New Health and Wellbeing Leader Joins St Mary’s School in Hampstead
St Mary’s School in Hampstead is pleased to announce the appointment of a new leader dedicated to medical and wellbeing initiatives, enhancing the health and wellness of its students and the broader community.
Mrs. Riley Bormann, who relocated from Chicago, began her role in October 2025 and is eager to make a positive impact in this vital position.
„I recently moved to the UK with my husband and our cherished dog, Moose, and have quickly settled into life in Hampstead,“ Bormann shared. „You can often find us enjoying walks in Hampstead Heath or visiting the local butcher, which Moose particularly enjoys, as we embrace the charm of the area.“
Bormann expressed her enthusiasm for her new role, stating, „One of the greatest joys of this new chapter has been my position as the medical and wellbeing lead at St Mary’s. Transitioning from my previous work in immediate care in downtown Chicago to this role has been both a welcome and rewarding change.“
She described St Mary’s as an inspiring environment where a genuine sense of care and happiness permeates the community. „As a medical professional, I find it deeply fulfilling to support not only the physical health of the students but also their overall wellbeing,“ she noted.
Bormann emphasized the school’s commitment to prioritizing mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual health, making her work both meaningful and immensely rewarding. „This experience has been incredibly enriching, both personally and professionally, and I feel grateful to be part of such a warm and supportive community,“ she added.
