A 16-year-old male from Romford has been charged with the murder of Eghosa Ogbebor, a 14-year-old who was fatally shot in southeast London last week, according to the Metropolitan Police.
Another 16-year-old boy was also arrested on suspicion of murder on Friday and is currently in custody, the police reported.
The teenager charged will appear at Thames Magistrates‘ Court on Saturday, April 11. He was initially arrested on April 4 but was released on bail before being re-arrested on April 9.

Authorities launched an investigation on April 2 after receiving reports of a shooting at approximately 3:40 PM near Woolwich Dockyard train station. Upon arrival, officers from the Metropolitan Police and the London Ambulance Service discovered Eghosa suffering from severe injuries. Unfortunately, he succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
