The announcement of Toby King’s departure from Warrington Wolves has sparked reactions among fans and analysts alike. The 29-year-old center is set to leave the club at the conclusion of the current season to join the London Broncos on a two-year contract.

King has been a significant player for Warrington, making 199 appearances since his debut in 2014. During his tenure, he contributed to the team’s success, including winning the League Leaders‘ Shield in 2016 and the Challenge Cup in 2019.

In the 2023 season, King was loaned to Wigan, where he played a pivotal role in the Grand Final, helping the Warriors secure a victory against the Catalans Dragons with a score of 10-2.
