Now: Family Honors 16-Year-Old Girl Killed at London Tube Station

The family of a 16-year-old girl who tragically lost her life at a London Underground station has expressed their deep sorrow and admiration for their „bright and beautiful“ daughter.

Daisy House was involved in a fatal incident at Loughton station on Monday afternoon. Despite the immediate response from emergency services, she succumbed to her injuries following the accident.

Authorities were alerted shortly after 2:30 PM regarding a casualty on the railway tracks. Paramedics transported Daisy to the hospital, yet she unfortunately passed away despite their efforts.

Family’s Heartfelt Tribute

In a public statement, the family shared a touching tribute along with a photograph of Daisy. „On Monday, our beautiful daughter Daisy lost her life. She was a bright, beautiful, clever, and funny girl who had just started Sixth Form and had her whole future ahead of her,“ they stated.

They also extended their gratitude to the emergency staff and medical professionals, specifically acknowledging the British Transport Police officer and pediatric nurses who provided care during the crisis. „We would like to thank all of the emergency services and doctors who worked so hard to save her, especially the British Transport Police officer and pediatric nurses who treated us all with such kindness,“ they emphasized.

Privacy Request Amid Grief

The family expressed appreciation for the support they have received, including kind messages and floral tributes. They have requested privacy as they navigate the difficult journey of grieving the loss of their daughter, stating, „We would now ask for our privacy to be respected while we come to terms with the loss of our Daisy and what life will be like without our daughter.“

The British Transport Police reiterated the family’s plea for privacy during this challenging time as they mourn their tragic loss.
