Daisy House, a 16-year-old girl described as bright, beautiful, clever, and funny, tragically died following an incident at a London Underground station. The incident occurred at Loughton Underground Station in Essex after responders were alerted to a casualty on the tracks on December 15.

According to the British Transport Police, officers were dispatched to Loughton Underground Station shortly after 2:30 PM on December 15 in response to reports of a person injured on the tracks. Despite the prompt action of paramedics, Daisy was pronounced dead later at the hospital.
