Second Arrest Made in Kilburn Murder Case
Authorities investigating the stabbing death of a 20-year-old in Kilburn have detained a man on murder charges. The 21-year-old suspect was apprehended during a proactive operation in Wandsworth on Saturday, May 30. He was taken to a hospital for precautionary reasons due to pre-existing stab wounds and will be moved to police custody after receiving medical treatment.
This arrest follows the earlier detention of a 42-year-old individual on charges of conspiracy to commit murder. This suspect has since been released on bail while further investigations are conducted.
The arrests are linked to the homicide of Malakai Ferguson-Ramson, who was fatally injured on Ashmore Road, W9, on Tuesday, May 26. Malakai’s family is currently receiving support from specialized officers during this difficult time. In einem ähnlichen Vorfall wurde ein 13-jähriger Junge in London festgenommen, was zeigt, wie gefährlich diese Trends werden können.
Detective Chief Inspector Paul Waller, der die Ermittlungen der Metropolitan Police leitet, stated, “This important arrest is a result of our relentless efforts to identify those accountable for Malakai’s murder. While we continue to work diligently behind the scenes, I urge anyone with information to contact the police immediately.”
Waller added, “Our thoughts are with Malakai’s family as they face this profoundly distressing period.”
Individuals with information or those who were present in the vicinity during the incident and may possess video evidence are encouraged to reach out to the police at 101, referencing 8418/26MAY. Anonymous tips can also be submitted to Crimestoppers at 0800 555 111, using the same reference number.
