Detectives investigating the murder of Kyrone Moodie in Clapham have released CCTV images of two individuals they wish to interview, as a significant reward of £20,000 remains available for information.
Authorities are urgently requesting that the men depicted in the images, or anyone who recognizes them or the motorcycle shown, come forward and contact the investigative team.
The CCTV footage, recorded on Monday, September 8, the night of the incident, could provide essential insights for the ongoing investigation.
While three men have already been charged with murder and are currently in custody, detectives believe there may still be witnesses who possess crucial information.
Detective Chief Inspector Sarah Lee, who is overseeing the investigation, stated: “While we have made significant progress in understanding the events leading to the double shooting and murder of Kyrone, we are releasing CCTV footage and appealing for assistance in identifying two males of importance to the investigation.”
She continued, “I am appealing directly to the riders or anyone who recognizes them. Additionally, we are eager to speak with anyone who may identify the motorcycle they are riding, which has been recognized as a Zero DS electric motorcycle.”
“A reward of £20,000 is still available for anyone who can provide information leading to the conviction of those responsible. If you have any knowledge, please come forward; no detail is too insignificant or small.”
On Monday, September 8, at 20:50 hours, police responded to reports of a shooting on New Park Road, Clapham.
Officers arrived alongside the London Ambulance Service, which treated 27-year-old Kyrone before transporting him to the hospital, where he tragically passed away the following day. A 20-year-old man was also injured in the incident.
